Adelaide Senior Road & Health Association Inc.
The Adelaide Senior Road & Health Association Inc. was established to support senior drivers and older community members, particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, through road safety education and improved access to essential digital services.
Our work focuses on practical support, clear communication, and sustainable community education rather than one-off activities.
Acknowledgement of Microsoft Support
We sincerely thank Microsoft for providing non-profit technology support and cloud service credits.
The Microsoft non-profit program has enabled our association to establish essential digital infrastructure at an early stage, including secure platforms for communication, content management, and future program delivery.
This support has allowed us to:
- Reduce initial setup and operational costs
- Build a stable and scalable technical foundation
- Focus grant funding on direct community engagement rather than infrastructure expenses
For a small, community-based organisation, access to professional-grade digital tools has significantly strengthened our capacity to operate responsibly and efficiently.
Acknowledgement of Grant Support
We also gratefully acknowledge the support of the Good Things Foundation through the $3,000 community grant.
This funding represents not only financial support, but trust in our mission to improve road safety awareness and digital inclusion for senior community members.
The grant is being applied using a staged and accountable approach, ensuring that:
- Funds are used efficiently and responsibly
- Activities align with the original funding objectives
- Long-term community benefit is prioritised over short-term outcomes
The foundation’s support enables us to move from preparation into direct community delivery with confidence and clarity.
Looking Ahead
With the combined support of Microsoft’s non-profit technology program and the Good Things Foundation grant, our association is well positioned to deliver meaningful, accessible, and sustainable programs for senior drivers.
We are committed to ongoing evaluation, continuous improvement, and transparent reporting, ensuring that all support received translates into real benefits for the community we serve.
Thank you for supporting community-led initiatives that empower older Australians through education, safety, and digital access.
