Support Worker (Casual / Part-Time)
Duties:
- Help seniors from non-English speaking backgrounds create MySA GOV accounts and begin the MyLs course.
- Provide one-on-one IT support and step-by-step guidance
- Transport seniors to and from Service SA as needed
- Identify and arrange NAATI-certified translation services if required
Requirements:
- Current Australian full driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Valid police clearance check
- Social work student or relevant experience preferred
- Good communication skills and patience when working with seniors
- Remuneration is subject to funding availability – grant-funded positions
- Hours: Flexible – approx. 2–3 hours per client visit
